Flat Free is manufactured and distributed by ASI Chemical of Lake Wales, Florida, and is labeled and shipped internationally for a variety of distributors. Flat Free is also labeled under a number of different brand names both in the United States and abroad.

We can label Flat Free Tire Sealant for you under a variety of programs. We have a complete packaging facility, including bottling and labeling machines, fillers, and a distribution warehouse. We do not require you to purchase huge quantities to provide this service. In fact, our start-up costs for private labeling are usually lower than other companies charge you just to use their products.

Private labeling with ASI Chemical benefits everybody involved. It enables a superior product to achieve distribution with your already established brand name. Best of all, by private labeling, you are insuring all customer and distributor referrals go directly to your company by having your name and address on the label.

You determine how much we do for you in the design and production process. We can do the total label and box design for you, you can provide finished labels and boxes, or anything in between.

Our policy is simple: all items relating to private labeling(boxes, labels, etc.) are to paid in advance by the customer, and will be stored at our packaging and labeling facility. Labels and boxes may also be provided by the customer, as long as they are the same size as the labels and boxes we use, and are compatible with our labeling machines. Since private labels and boxes are prepaid, the cost of our labels will be deducted from the price of the item when ordered. By doing this, private labeling costs no more than using our brand names. Example:Retail kit at $8.20, less 4 labels ($.24) and one box ($.27) results in net price of $7.69 per kit at time of order.

This policy helps us keep packaging costs, especially private labeling costs at a minimum.

All logo art must be provided in suitable digital format (EPS, AI, CDR, PageMaker 6.0 or 6.5 on PC or Mac-any. PostScript and True Type fonts must be included) or format appropriate to scan (IE: photographic print, slide, or ad slick if black and white). Logo creation is available for an additional fee. These prices are based on four color labels (spot or process) and five color boxes (all spot, or process plus one spot). Any changes to these specifications will affect the price. due to market fluctuations, price is subject to change without notice.
